The ULTIMATE Playlist!!

YAY! After a few days of the most miserable May weather ever, tomorrow is finally going to be hot and sunny and delicious! Well it would be because I'm due in the office between 8am and 6pm...TUT!

Who else is going to be bustin' a decent dress tomorrow? I have a Forever 21 beaut in my closet that I haven't been able to wear yet, so I'm definitely going to be posting an 'OOTD' post tomorrow...make sure you pop in to see it and give me some styling advice.

Today was my first day off from work since last Thursday, and I've spent it blazin' some old-school tunes, cleaning my room and prancing about the house like I was 12 years old again! From the deep depths of my CD collection (yes, I was even playing CDs on an actual stereo! Who needs MP3 and technology?!) I re-discovered 5 songs that literally brought me back to life:

1) Example - Watch The Sun Come Up

Did this song really come out over 4 years ago?! What a massive, happy tune! As soon as this came on I was all over the dance moves and cutting shapes all over the place!

2) Booty Luv - Some Kinda Rush

The burst of energy this catchy dance tune gave me was unreal! You know when you were little you'd pick who you wanted to be and perform those parts for your teddies?! Well I chose to be Cherise (on the right) and put on an exclusive show for Princess, my highly unimpressed Bichon Frise...

3) Akon ft. Colby O'Donis & Kardinall Offishall - Beautiful

Do not even try and tell me you didn't enjoy this song when it came out in 2008! Furthermore, stop pretending you weren't obsessed with Colby O'Donis around the same time, too!

4) The Verve - Bittersweet Symphony

Probably one of the greatest songs ever recorded. The strings, his voice, the lyrics: It's all utter perfection.

5) N-Dubz - Strong Again

I don't even care! Put down your judging books and hear me out: I LOVED N-DUBZ!
Their songs were so relatable and catchy and were just pop genius. I even went to their concert. So there... *sticks tongue out*

Although this could be one of the world's most random playlist it was perfect for my day off! My room is spotless and I'm as chilled out as can be...
What are some of your fave songs that always get you going?!

Catch Up & DISCOUNTS! Come Join Me x

Oh hey there! I've been a little bit too absent recently and for that, I apologise my dears! Not only have I been working ridiculously hard, I am newly single and learning to live a happy little life, just me and Princess (my little 2-year-old Bichon Frise)! I'm going to publish this newfound life on this blog and hope you come along with me for wherever I'm headed. Should be quite a laugh so stick around?!

Anyway, where do I start? I celebrated my birthday on Friday night with 10 very fine specimens of the human species. Together we consumed a ridiculous amount of alcohol and partied at Cameo nightclub in Watford, Hertfordshire. Whoever Kelly is who works at Cameo, I owe her a 'Thanks'! Getting a flyer in the post wishing me a 'Happy Birthday' and free drinks and entry for my whole party, it got the night off to a very smooth start! So, thanks Cameo Kelly!

I would LOVE to share a picture of my outfit however not one of the mug shots make the cut! My party look right now is totally all about crop tops and pencil skirts! Thanks to my hourglass/pear figure my wide hips and smaller waist work so well with this trend! On Friday my crop top was a lacy, denim, Forever 21 bustier crop which I teamed with an ASOS black sport-luxe pencil skirt! Sambuca comes in handy when it is freezing outside, too!

These are my top 3 crops and pencil skirts available online NOW:

1) Crop It Like It's Hot from ASOS - £7.50 (Hellloooo sale item!!)

I've been having a look at what's going on in the beauty bibles, too! An extreeeemely generous friend of mine gave me the gift of Chanel for my birthday which means reviews on their gorgeous mascara and eyeshadow palettes at some point in the next week...hold tight for these! It will be my first ever dabble with designer make-up and I'm hoping it's worth the hype!
One MASSIVE trend I adore right now is the need for C O L O U R!!

I'm currently OBSESSED with this lot from the Kinga Sektas Boutique:

California Sugarbird Earrings / Love Necklace / Cindy Earrings

I currently have permission to offer EVERYTHING on the Kinga Sektas website at a discounted offer so if you LOVE these comment below or tweet me @sheldan2207...
I own ALL of the three pieces above and, let me tell you, they are AMAZING...people always comment on them and ask where I got them from. Not only that they are all so summery and on trend right now!
The earrings can be yours for £31.99 per pair and the necklace is just £3 for a limited time only!!!
If you want these or anything else on the site, come at me for the discounts!
I'll be doing my top 3 offers throughout the weeks for this boutique - whilst the offer's on we may as well use it, eh?!

So we've discussed clothes, life, beauty and jewellery...welcome back to the wannabe glam life of ME! Stop by tomorrow, I will be discussing unpredictable weather and how to dress up the forecasts!

Jessica Ennis' Stunning Wedding Glamour

Showcasing chic and understated glamour, Jessica Ennis married her childhood sweetheart on Saturday 18th May in the picture-perfect Derbyshire countryside.

The 27-year-old Olympic gold-medallist tied the knot to Andy Hill wearing an ivory sleeveless gown complete with a ruffle tulle skirt and exceptionally classic hair and make-up.

Having been together for over eight years, the couple chose the charming village of Hathersage in Derbyshire where members of the public burst into applause as they caught a glimpse of the bride and groom.

Choosing such a classy look suits Jess down to the ground! Proving that less can be so much more, everything about the bride is pulled off with utter perfection; to the point where I had to stop and stare at the photos for a good few moments: From the French mani to her trademark statement brows every simple detail is professionally polished.

Wearing her winning smile as her most dazzling accessory, Jess looked like the happiest girl in the world on Saturday! Congrats to the happy couple!

Natural Nails

After disgracefully taking off ALL of my acrylics over the weekend in true unladylike style I decided to get a fresh full set all nice and natural!

THIS is my new look:

I love the pale, creamy look that I've got! Perfect for pretty much most outfits - I'll never clash with my nails! The polish is from Misa Nail Lacquer in Snow White.

This is my mini lookbook/ inspirations for the new mani:

I love the way a natural mani can look classy and stylish even when you're trying to dress up. Don't get me wrong, I'm not about to wear my embellished turquoise underwear as outerwear like Blake, or match my nails with my 1,000,000,000 carat rings, but the pearly finish dresses up my fingers quite delicately!

Kendall & Kylie for PacSun

Today, Kendall and Kylie Jenner follow in their Kardashian sisters' footsteps by releasing their own clothing line in US store PacSun.

Although somewhat uninspiring for the most part, there are 4 big summer buys amongst the line:

1) The Halter One Piece is the most perfect piece for the upcoming festival season; it's different, colourful and sexy and can be teamed with leggings, shorts or jeans.

2) How long, on average, do you think us ladies take to select a bikini for our upcoming holidays?! Well look no further because the K&K Metallic Cage Bikini is everything your bikini fantasies desire!

3) Maxis are a summer staple and this printed skirt is to die for: Sheer, patterned and made for wedges this is sassy summer comfort.

4) Retro is in with the swingin' sixties taking over the high street. K&K have hit the nail on the head with these round sunnies which appear to be the ideal size (I always find round glasses to be too small which is why I love these oversized versions!).

Of course, most of you are reading in the UK but have no fear! The link below gives the prices in GBP and shipping to the UK is charged at one flat rate of £19.95 (Express Delivery) or £10.95 (4-7 Working Days).

Happy Shopping!

OOTD - I Dared to BARE!!!!

Today I went for delicate little daisy look - bare face, wispy hair and mega floaty skirt teamed with the tiniest, tightest vest top I could find!
The skirt is from TKMaxx, belt from H&M, Vest from Forever 21, pendant from Disney Couture and wedges from a million years ago...I can't even remember!

Never mind the outfit I can't believe I dared to bare the face!! Haven't gone out bare since I was little!!! Of course I've been wearing the hell out of those Missguided sunnies I got last week! How are you wearing in the summer?!

This was my mini lookbook for the day: What a mix of randoms in there!

Beauty Review: Anatomicals Deep Cleansing Mud Mask

For £3 and free delivery, ASOS really is a lifesaver a couple of days before payday!

I found myself totally out of cleansing lotion, toner and moisturiser, relying entirely on semi-dry face wipes to remove my make-up before bed when I stumbled across this 3-pack of face masks on ASOS.

Arriving within the same week I ordered them (the ASOS darlings could clearly sense the pimple outbreak from inside my laptop) I bust into the Deep Cleansing Mud Mask first.

The little sachet appeared to be so small I was wondering how I was going to cover my whole face, considering how large my forehead is...but I had plenty and even had enough to cleanse my neck.

Lathering my face in the nice-smelling goo I spent the next 15 minutes dancing around the bathroom pretending to be a cross between Beyoncé and Princess Fiona.

It may seem obvious but, for me, a good face mask is one that you can feel working. As the 15 minutes went on I could feel the mask tightening and my skin tingling ever so slightly as my pores were being wiped clean for a cool, fresh start.

Blasting my face with lukewarm water the Princess Fiona mask trickled down the drain with half of last week's foundation in-take!

My pores were visibly clearer if I pressed my nose up to the mirror and I was far less blotchy which, for £1, is more than I expected.

THIS Happened!

Ok so I've realised over the last week I've been spending way too much time trying to be like all the other blogs out there and sort of lost my way with regards to what I actually like and what I thought I was supposed to like! If you get what I mean...

So from now on I'll only be dressing the way I like to, wearing accessories that I want to wear and as long as it all goes together and is fairly on trend...we can all be friends, right?!

So Thursday...THIS happened!! New sunnies from Missguided that are literally KRAY and a neon LOVE necklace from the Kinga Sektas Boutique.
I wore wet look leggings which have a neon pink zip (cheeky matching details!), a blue diamanté checkered shirt done right up with a grey Nike hoody for added comfort and warmth.
It was sort of a jagged street style I suppose - a lot going on!

What do you think?
